Five Weeks of Fundraising

Five weeks, five weeks is the remaining time that the nine SMU short-term trips have left in the semester in order to raise the financial support for their teams. The necessary amounts ranging from $10, 000 dollars for team Mexico and up to $45, 000 dollars for team Nigeria, who will be taking a record 17 people on the trip.

Longterm Missions Chapel Series

Students came ready to Calvary Chapel for a different kind of chapel on Monday night held by SMU’s Long term Missions (LTM) Department. Dr. Ken Berding was the first speaker in the three-part chapel Series on “The Realties of Global Ministry.” Dr. Berding shared on the first issue at hand in regards to missions, the motivation to go.
