God is Not Dead
Biola's Philosophy Research Professor, William Lane Craig, wrote the cover article in Christianity Today’s July issue, in which he declares to "new atheists" and other skeptics, "God is Not Dead Yet!"
In the article, Craig contends that the so-called "new atheist" arguments "lack intellectual muscle" and that they are "blissfully ignorant" of research and arguments advanced by theistic philosophers.
Craig has debated some of the foremost atheists and skeptics in the world for over twenty-five years, and his scholarship has been published and cited extensively.
"William Lane Craig [is] one of the foremost evangelical philosophers and Christian apologists of our day," said Stan Guthrie, Managing Editor of Christianity Today.
Craig's singular mission has been to present a positive case for Christianity that works, because it is true. His cover article is a microcosm of what he unleashes in his book Reasonable Faith: Christian Truth and Apologetics, which recently released a third edition with updated research and arguments. The book is filled with evidence and reasons for Christian truth claims that look above emotional response and address deficient arguments contrived by “new atheist” claims.
