Do I need to send in a resumé?
No. Although you are welcome to include a resumé with your completed application, we cannot process your employment with a resumé alone.
What are the steps included in the application process?
When your application reaches our office, it is reviewed in light of the positions for which you have applied. Often, a general skills test in Human Resources is the next step. After you test, the next step may be an interview with Human Resources. Following these first two steps, your application is sent to the departments for which you have applied for their review of your information and possible interview.
If I have already submitted a completed application, but would like to be considered for another job, do I need to fill out a new application?
No, only one application is necessary. We keep applications on file in our office for two years. So if at any point you would like to add a new job to your application, simply click on the online form and let us know which position(s) you would like to be considered for, or call us at (562) 903-4755.
Will I be informed of my application status on a regular basis?
In order to serve all of our applicants in a timely and consistent manner, we cannot regularly update you on the status of your application. Although waiting my be hard, please keep in mind that due to the high volume of applicants we receive, no news is good news as it means that you are currently being reviewed.
Will I be notified if I do not get the job?
Yes, if you are not the final candidate, we will inform you if the position closes.
