School of Intercultural Studies

The School of Intercultural Studies (SICS) equips students to communicate, live and work successfully in culturally diverse societies through applied programs in missiology, intercultural studies, linguistics and education, so that they can more effectively impact the world for Jesus Christ.

Through its graduate and undergraduate programs, the School of Intercultural Studies prepares Christians to fill such critical roles as teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL), translating the Bible into foreign languages, serving with international businesses and Christian missions organizations, and doing missionary work around the world.
